Downlands Equestrian Ltd accepts no responsibility whatsoever for Injury to Horse, Rider or Visitors to Downlands Equestrian facilities. Due care and diligence should be used at all times whilst on the premises. Members & visitors use the facilities entirely at their own risk. Anyone hiring our facilities must have a fully vaccinated horse/pony and must bring their passport with them for checking. Show jumps will be set up in a course or grid, we ask riders to feel free to rearrange jumps but do insist that all jumps are left as they were found and that any damage or breakages are reported immediately and paid for where necessary.
